7:00 P.M.       Request for Determination of Applicability
33 Hayes Memorial Dr. - Rotadyne, Inc.
Proposes to install a sub drain around the building to connect into the existing drainage.  Work is proposed near wetlands.

7:05            Request for Determination of Applicability
945 Concord Rd. - Vasil Kote  
Proposes to install a shed near wetlands.

7:10            Request for Determination of Applicability
84 Waterford Dr. - Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  
Proposes to do some pavement repairs and install under drains in the existing driveway and parking area at 84 Waterford Dr.  Work is proposed near wetlands.

7:15            Request for Determination of Applicability  (Continuation)
181 Boston Post Rd. - The Best Western Royal Plaza
Proposes to do a full depth reconstruction of the existing access road to the Best Western Royal Plan Hotel and Conference Center.  The work is near wetlands

7:20            Notice of Intent  (Continuation)
280 Locke Dr. - Cermax Corporation/Massachusetts International Academy  - proposes to remove two parking lots and create an outdoor athletic facility to include a basketball court, tennis court and grass field.  Work is proposed near wetlands.
